Also, can we talk about how this song is making me nostalgic about our good times in Fall '08 slash sad about the five weeks we are going to have apart.

Speaking of libraries, the New York Times announced the winners of their I Love My Librarian Award for 2008. You can learn more about the winners here... I already read all about them, really I did. hahaha

Let it be known that I have a bizarre obsession with pictures of animals, especially lolcatz (they're their own breed of animal). On that note.... I just told myself that I didn't have time to post anything because I was "too busy studying." psh. bull shit.

Asemic Writing

Sleeping in overrated in my life apparently. I have a fever and my body aches. It's hotter than one thousand suns in this room. I have three finals and a final art critique. Also, I have to completely move out of Monroe 2A218 into Seneca 203C. Oh and also, I've been phoneless since Sunday night, and I will be until Thursday at the earliest. Boo hoo, my life is tough.

Anyway, I know you're way busier and more important than me these days, so I will keep blogging until you finish your finals, etc. Good luck on Logic.

um, hello dear girl, how do you not know the glories of recession-friendly, design conscious Swedish home furnishings.

As an intro to Ikea, dear friend, I will offer some favorites from the next twenty minutes I will devote to scoping the website before I must shift my focus back to Geography 123: The Developing World. Here goes:

cute and basic armchair that could double as cool desk chair.

cute clothes tree... perfect for all of your silk scarves, winter scarves and scarves in general... girl you've got tons. could be cute in an entryway for coats.

simple, basic rug. throw in a single color and you've got black and white with a punch.

streamlined desk. a little minimalist for my taste, but cool nonetheless.

decorative tree, pretending not to be an earring holder.

so that's it, Dark Stranger. IKEA. please browse and enjoy. and next time you feel like eating ice cream to ease your economic woes, you know where to find me. And you know where to find a cheaper sofa than the one Urban Outfitters will try to sell you.

You know how we had lunch today for like 2 hours and didn't leave the cafe and kept laughing at our own jokes, etc.? ... well here's the "Jizz in my pants" video that (oh mah gawd) Sus & I were laughing at for so long.

On another note, I really like the tips in "how to enjoy life in a bad economy". Especially these two:
-Meet people! Having a good conversation with friends is always great fun. You don't need money for that.
-Ponder life.
... and then when you got dollah bills later on in life you can stop meeting people and stop pondering life. Why would one ever do that when they have money?$?$?$
